Exhibitors are invited to purchase a booth in the Warrior Expo Hall to display promotional items and collateral for attendees to take home. Exhibitors can become Vendors for an additional charge, see explanation below.

Corporate – $2500

Government/Academia – $1500

This category type is for all government partners. Unique sponsorship opportunities are also available. Contact Dr. Lakiea Bailey for consideration. Director@sicklecellconsortium.org

Community/Small Business – $500

The category type is specifically for small business and community organizations. An opportunity also exists to exhibit during Warrior Game & Trivia Night.

CBO/Non-profit –  $250

This category type is open to all U.S.-based not-for-profit organizations. Proof of 501(c) status must be provided. Non-profits are also encouraged to submit an abstract for display.

Partner Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) –  $175

Credentialed, Sponsored, Community and Junior partners of the Sickle Cell Community Consortium may access this special rate.

Warrior/Independent Patient –  $100

This category type is available for all sickle cell warriors and caregivers. Join us and display your goods or services.


Purchase of an exhibit booth does not replace registration. All exhibitors planning on attending the Convention must also register.
The sale of pharmaceutical products, food, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or any illegal products is strictly forbidden.
Approval and inclusion of exhibit/vendor does not imply endorsement by the Sickle Cell Community Consortium or Consortium partners.

A seller’s fee of $35 is applied to all exhibitors planning to sell any product or service.  Vitamins, nutritional supplements, oils, etc. are not regulated and are not endorsed by the Sickle Cell Community Consortium. Any exhibitor/vendor with the intent to sell such supplements must display a disclosure statement (provided upon arrival) in plain sight of all potential customers.

Acceptance of exhibitors is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Consortium. All exhibitors/vendors are subject to the conditions and requirements contained within these guidelines.

All exhibits are 10×10 and include a table and two chairs. Exhibitors requiring larger space, or other special request, must contact Dominique Goodson no later than Friday, June 14th at

Exhibitor assumes all responsibility and liability for losses, damages, injuries and all claims arising out of the exhibits activities and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Consortium and all partners, the hotel, it’s agents, staff, interns and volunteers for any and all such losses, damages and claims. The exhibitor assumes responsibility for securing all appropriate licenses for the sale of merchandise and is solely responsible for the collection of all applicable state and local taxes.

Exhibitor agrees to pay the rental space in full within 10 business days of approval.  The Consortium may revoke acceptance at any time.  If cancel by the Consortium applicant will receive a full refund. Exhibitor must cancel prior to Friday, June 28th to receive a 50 % refund.  All cancellations after Monday, July 1st will not be refunded and will result in the loss of exhibitor fee.  Exhibits cannot be transferred to another for any reason.
